compete with fine dining, not mass-produced meal kits. Each week we offer superbly
prepared hot entrées, cool salad entrées, 'clean' selections (vegan and vegetarian),
and flavorful soups and gumbos. All of our dinners are prepared completely from
scratch and include classic recipes, regional favorites, and original
creations. The most popular dinners reappear every few weeks alongside new

Rooted largely in the MEDITERRANEAN DIET, we believe great food begins with great
ingredients and, in that spirit, have committed to sourcing from local farms
and ranches whenever possible. Human hands prepare everything we do with great
attention to detail, and we strictly limit the use of processed food. All
of our marinades, sauces and dressings are also house-made from scratch.
Wherever practicable, we replace saturated fats with healthier alternatives
such as olive or canola oil, and keep sodium content low by using fresh herbs
and spices to develop crisp, distinct flavors.
Fresh Dinners-for-Two are delivered chilled on Wednesday and
Thursday afternoons with easy to follow, no-muss instructions for easy heating,
plating and serving.
