roux-based gumbo made with flavorful chicken thigh meat and hickory smoked sausage
locally sourced from Country Pleasin' (Cooper's) in Florence. For best experience, we recommend serving
with steamed white rice and a green salad.

This Week's Featured à La Carte - Beef Tenderloin
Who doesn't love the
taste of a tender steak fresh off the grill? Two 8-oz servings of filet mignon:
perfectly trimmed and string-tied, they're instantly ready for the grill or skillet.
Vacuum sealed in one of two types of marinade, hoisin or oil-based (or no
marinade at all). This is a great
foundation upon which to build an incredible dinner of your own. Also available
in larger cuts, just ask!
