So... How does it all work? We send you an email each Wednesday with the Dinner-for-Two and other selections available for delivery the following week on Wednesday or Thursday, your choice. All orders are due by 8 p.m. Sunday. Never an obligation, just click on the link in the email when you see something good and you can place your order. Orders cancelled by Sunday midnight will be fully refunded. Click HERE to start receiving the delivery menu each Wednesday!


Where do you deliver? We offer free delivery to most of the metro Jackson area, including downtown, and Ridgeland/Madison. Some areas may require a minimum order.

When do you deliver? A delivery driver drops off your order on Wednesday or Thursday afternoon, per your preference, between 2 and 6 p.m. Entrées, sides, and complements are packaged in separate, recyclable containers (no Styrofoam!), two servings per package, and each container is labeled with specific, no-muss instructions for easy heating and serving.


What if no one is home? If no one is home, just leave an ice-filled cooler outside for us. Ideally, it should be in a shaded area not visible from the street but easily accessible to the driver. Refrigerate your food as soon as possible - coolers, even the best ones, are not substitution for refrigeration! FEAST Specialty Foods cannot be responsible for orders after they are delivered.

What type of cooler should I use? A medium-sized, hard-shell cooler with a latchable top is best (30-45 qt). Instead of using loose ice cubes, we recommend covering the bottom with frozen water bottles or reusable “blue” ice.

OK, what if I'm never home during those times? Please contact us if this applies to you and we will work something out. Do you office in one of the delivery areas? We can drop off your order there. Regardless, we will work with you to find a solution.

Do you accept special orders? Absolutely! Want to host a small dinner party and don’t feel like cooking? Friends or family in town? We can package and deliver any of the offered menu items or more as one large order for any number of people. Visit the LIGHT CATERING page for more information.

Do you have gifting options? You bet! We offer FEAST GiftCards in any denomination. You can have a certificate emailed directly to the recipient or we can snail-mail an actual card and envelope to them (or deliver directly to you, your choice). Do you have a rewards program? Yes we do! It's called The Frequent FEAST and it's all automatic - you earn rewards points anytime you order from us so you can get discounts and other great perks - frequently! You can read more about the program on the REWARDS page.


Allergens?
Please note our kitchen facility regularly processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, and shellfish. When used in a specific product, we clearly identify them at the end of the ingredients list in ALL CAPS.
